CASH CONTRIBUTIONS (Section 106.09, F.S.) A candidate may not accept contributions in cash or by means of a cashier's check in excess of $100. A money order is not considered a cash contribution.

CONTRIBUTION LIMITS TO CANDIDATES (Sections 106.0S and 106.19, F.S.) While a candidate may not accept a contribution in excess of $500 from any one person or entity per election, Catherine W. Real has decided to further limit campaign contributions because she is running for a judgeship. To avoid potential conflicts of interest, Catherine has limited campaign contributions as followings:

FROM WHOM MAY A CANDIDATE ACCEPT CONTRIBUTIONS Any person or entity may contribute to a candidate as long as the contributions are within the limits provided. A person is defined in Section 106.011(8), F.S., as an individual or a corporation, association, firm, partnership, joint venture, joint stock company, club, organization, estate, trust, business trust, syndicate or other combination of individuals having collective capacity, which includes a political party, political committee, or committee of continuous existence. Contributions will not be accepted by minors or anyone under the age of 18.

INFORMATION REQUIRED FROM CONTRIBUTORS For each contribution, campaign finance reports must contain the full name, address, and occupation of each person who has made one or more contributions to a candidate together with the amount and date of such contributions. For corporations, the report must provide as clear a description as practicable of the principal type of business conducted by the corporation. Contributions or gifts to Catherine W. Real for Judge are not tax deductible.
